My RH 7.2, 7.3 and 8.0 boxes all locked up running the tests last
night. Two of them hung in pth_exit and the other in pth_cancel2 by
the looks of it.
I can also reproduce the hang on RH9 and FC3 with LD_ASSUME_KERNEL set
to 2.4.1 to force linuxthreads instead of NPTL.
One of the threads (the manager thread? it is the first one created
and isn't one of the four that sleep) isn't dieing, possibly because
it isn't realising that all the other threads have died.
I assume this has been triggered by one of your changes last night Jeremy?
