[Valai-admin] Projects and Co-ordinators

vaNakkam everyone,

Last week, I was busy with work and wanted to do some ground work for
valai over the weekend but couldn't. Anyway, here is my plan
To avoid blocking on me, I recommend having project co-ordinators for
different sub projects.

Search Engine: Sivaraj
Tamil dictionary: Jagdish (new member to this admin team) to work with
Dr. Vasu Ranganathan.
Linux Package: Vasee (or venkat)
Mail Client: Currently I will own this piece until I identify a project
manager. 4 people who signed up in BOF, have shown interest to be a
project manager. I will talk to them and identify one of them as
project manager.

Co-ordinators duties:
And the co-ordinators will need to collect the requirements, start a
seperate list and administrate the sub project. If you need privileges
in Source Forge net, let me know.

Usage of valai-team list:
* Use for announcing the new projects, lists etc.
* Requests for resource (dev, manager, qa) requirements

Each project co-ordinator shall create and use project specific list
for requirement, design discussions. 

FYI: Dr. Vasu has given the code to me,  and forwarded Jagdish's
contacts who has shown interest to work with dictionary project.

We have about 40 people signed up for various tasks. We whould engage
them as soon as possible.
