#3 Scribus doesn't support indic scripts

Scribus (scribus.net) is a desktop publishing software.
There is no support for Tamil or any other indic
script in Linux. Status in other operating systems not
known. A bug opened. Bug number 0001547.

Scribus is using QT. But it doesn't seem to be using
QT's text rendering. There isn't any previous mention
of Tamil or any other indic script in the Scribus
website. Only item that is even remotely linked to
this is bug number 0001413 (Support for OpenType
alternate glyphs).
