#37 Installer .exe file does not launch on Windows Vista

VA package does not launch under Vista. DxClient.exe is the install package created for 'win95' by VAInstall.

'H12java' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

The code and files do not contain "H12" ... This same EXE file works find on Windows XP. This was built on Windows using Java 1.4 and VAInstall 0.23.
