I've just submitted the patch to correct the frame timeStamp when using with mp4live.

Hope this help, and I would wish more people could confirm this.

  I applied your patch to the current CVS code. I also created a new release with the updated code. v4l2vd 0.2 can now be used in the newer 2.6.2x kernels but some uncorrected bugs are still present.
