#13 2.1.1.9 nogo in eclipse 2.1.0

Hello,
i downloaded and installed v4all 2.1.1.9 and tried with this result:

1) the perspective is selectable with a nice icon but a funny name,
ie %perspective.name

2) when selected, i see package explorer, utline, properties, task,
and one java src module open that i left open when i last worked
eclipse.
i was (naively, perhaps) expecting a gui composition panel of
some sort which is not there.

3) in that state, there is nothiung in the menues that would indicate
a starting point for gui composition work.

4) i have a open perspective icon somewhere down the left border
of the overall eclipse window. if i mouse-hover over this, i get
bubble text "%perspective name Perspective". The Eclipse
window title bar shows the text "%perspecetive.name - Eclipse
Platform".

5) no entry for this plugin in the help content section of the eclipse
help.

My conclusion is that i am not seeing what i ought to see. given
the ubiquitous funny name, i suppose there is some config
problem in evidence here, but that's a newbie's guess
