#11 Selection of components if clumsy

The UI to select user interface components is very
clumsy: It's hard to find a component, scrolling doesn't
work as expected (the buttons scroll more than one
item, there is no scrollbar, mouse wheel doesn't work).

I would prefer a tree view there with a standard scroll
bar just like the outline and the package explorer. The
tree is a standard and well understood component which
takes less screen space than what you currently use.

Also components should be sorted in some way to make
it easier to find them (for example, alphabetically) or
users should be able to change the sorting (for example,
with drag and drop) because everyone has his "most
used" component.
