I started off just wanting to release the planetary gear.
I soon realised that I also had some utility files that the gear needed so it
turned into a library.

Planetary gear
--------------
I designed the planetary gear to overcome the skipping steps problem I was
having with my Sunhokey Prusa I3 clone.

Either the weather was too cold, the motor not powerful enough or the PLA
supplied with the machine was too cold or too hard, whatever.

The extruder needed more oomph so the obvious choice was a planetary gear
reduction to deliver more torque.

It just so happened that the stepper controller was set to 1/16 micro-stepping
so all that remained was to change that to 1/4 micro-stepping, no need for
firmware or configuration changes, a 4x power boost!
