JabberCOM Tutorial Code Release

Today I did a release of a working Visual Basic 6 project utilizing JabberCOM. This code will be the focus of a JabberCOM / VB tutorial I'm writing for the general Jabber Community.

There might be improvements to this code as the tutorial advances.
