[V2d-discuss] I uploaded a FM version 6 book file by accident

I have a problem here mixing versions of Framemaker. This meant that
created a version 6 copy of the book file "Eiffel_Vision_2.book".

I thought I had deleted the modified copy and downloaded from
SourceForge to recover the correct version. However, as well, I uploaded
the version 6 copy.

So, that file needs to be rolled back. As I do not know the best way to
do this, could someone else do so, please?
