[V2d-discuss] Publishing the book

After disussion with a couple of the authors, I'd like to propose a change 
to a "closed source" project for writing this book. There is a possibility 
of finding a publisher and writing a fully published book is more of a 
driver for me and others.

This would involve removing the source from SourceForge to a restricted 
repository and changing to a different (not necessarily restricted) mailing 
list.

If a publisher can not be found at the time, we can always revert to online 
publishing.

Can everyone respond, in private if you like, with your opinions?
