[V2d-discuss] Applications chapter

I have finally got the context help example working which is the last 
example needed for the Applications chapter.

It's worth a look, if you are interested, as it uses a custom help engine 
and help contexts to provide a side-by-side titled help window.

I'll be completing the writing for this chapter this week and weekend. I'd 
like to get a PDF of it and anything else we have ready, early next week. 
Does anyone have Acrobat installed who can do the conversion. I don't have 
it so save as PDF doesn't work.
