[V2d-discuss] Examples

Hi everyone,

When starting my chapter examples, I looked at Glenns examples, and noticed
a $V2D environment variable in the .ace file, used to locate the files. I
now use this in my examples, and just wanted to bring it to everybodys
attention, so we can use it as a standard.

I am sure that this is what Glenn wanted originally. :)

And in any case, even if we want to change it later, if it is already in all
of our ace files, if will be easy to perform a global search and replace, to
change it to a different value.
