Diffeomorphic registration of 3D images, plus several tools. The program is written in C++ and can be easily compiled using CMake. It works using non-compressed nifti images (.nii).

Successfully compiled under linux ubuntu and mac OSX with gcc.

NEW: Successfully compiled under Windows with MS Visual C++ 2010 the 19/09/12 (revision 46)
