This small library has been developed during research projects of the TU Chemnitz/IWP (https://www.tu-chemnitz.de/mb/iwp/).
It consists of a DDE, a math and a network part. The code has been developed with Visual Studio. But in principle, it should also compile with other compilers (C++11/14 necessary!).
