The TPanel i placed on the form has a problem. Probably caused by bad string
copying somewhere.

For XP and D6 the panel shows an extra char (box) at the end of the Caption
string. That happens before and after translation. Caption does not contain
that char so the test succeeds.

Fixed in cvs, the u2w convert sometimes reported length with and sometimes without
#0, now allways without. (but does allways add it to the string.)
