[utf8vcl-general] [utf8vcl - General] UTF8test project not working?

Hi all,

I downloaded this morning the CVS version, compiled and run it. It gives me
strange characters instead of the "internationalization" word. I deleted the
DCUs and recreated the project but no luck so far. This has happened me for
the last week or so.

Environment:

Codepage 65001
BDS2006 + Upd2 + hotfixes up to 10
Windows XP Pro SP2 + latest updates. Spanish (Spain) language setup.

Any idea what might be causing this? Am I missing anything?
