#2 Czech locale problem

Hello USVN team!

I have found USVN very useful, thanks!

I am using ver. 1.0.1 and I have found few bugs

• Czech locale problem (dont show our national characters)
• if you are looking at commit details, some line-numbers don't show

I made small patch file to describe my corrections.
