is smp supported? I tried to compile with smp and it didnt quite work.
After editing smp.c (addint int pid; in idle_thread() and moving the
definition of inited_cpus = 1 to the top of the file) and ignoring
the following warnings about some undeclared functions I get:
vmlinux.o: In function `idle_thread':
/usr/f/uml2418/arch/um/kernel/smp.c:142: undefined reference to `get_task'
vmlinux.o: In function `smp_boot_cpus':
/usr/f/uml2418/arch/um/kernel/smp.c:187: undefined reference to `kernel_thread1'
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [linux] Error 1
Should kernel_thread1 be kernel_thread? Or is it another special function
for uml? It's usage seems alike anyway. Just one more parameter,
I couldnt find get_task in either include/.../*.h or arch/um/.../*.[ch]
(appart of smp.c, of course). And get_task_struct doesnt seem to have
anything to do with it at all.
