I am having trouble with xterm= . It doesn't seem to be having any effect
and I just get the basic xterm window. This is bad for me because once I
have the UML kernel running I then need to go in and modify configuration
files with a text editor and my cursor is apparently white on a white
background. This only happens when I am opening a text file specifically
using ae (aedit). Because of the embedded system that I am working with I
need to stick with ae. I am told that I can solve this problem if I can just
change my xterm colors. Gnome-Terminal will allow you to do this easily so
that was what I was going to use as per the xterm documentation at
Here is the start up script that I am using:
LRP=root,etc,local,log,modules,libm,libssl,(and so on...)
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance,
