Am I correct in thinking there are no skas3 patch for the 2.6.0 kernel =
If there are could somebody please point me to them. I've found some on
a mailing list but once applied host kernel will no longer compile.

They were a bit old. Try this one: it is a combo patch you can apply on a 2=
tree, to get from it both a working 2.6 UML kernel and a working 2.6 host=20
kernel with SKAS patch(remember saving .config + make mrproper between the=
two builds, or you won't able to compile the second one).
If you wonder why it is so big, it's because it contains also all the fixes=
for building UML/2.6 (the arch/um code in the official tarball is not=20
up-to-date). These fixes don't touch the host kernel code, so they are safe.
The separate fix is provided, but choosing the right patches is a pain-so j=
use the combo.
Don't forget to enable /proc/mm when compiling the host kernel.
