Reproducability has been a major problem with this. If you want to help
kill it (or make sure it's dead in recent kernels):
make sure sysrq is enabled
when it happens, sysrq '9' to make sure everything gets logged
sysrq 't' to get process traces
sysrq 's' to sync the disk
sysrq 's' to make sure
sysrq 's' for luck
pull the sysrq 't' stuff out of the log and run it through ksymoops
send to vendor/lkml as appropriate
