The small patch below changes /proc/cpuinfo to contain an
extra line indicating processor number as well as an empty
line at the end for each processor.
It is not tested on SMP but I believe it should work there
too. (If SMP works at least)
The output is now a bit more similar to that seen on a normal
i386, and it makes top show CPU states again.
