I tried to sort things out into the i386 directories
that are platform specific, such as ioport
instructions and pcibios emulation.
asm/io.h and asm/pci.h don't depend on their platform
versions any more either. In the long run PCI support
is meant to be truly be virtual. For example you could
run UML on an IBM390 and emulate the PCI devices by
linking a shared object into UML.
This version still contains the DMA lockup bug.
