This patch implements kernel watchpoints. They are very cool. I never
used them because I thought they sucked. I didn't know that there was
hardware support for them, so I thought gdb had to implement them by
single-stepping and checking for modifications at each step.
Occurrences of TCSADRAIN were changed to TCSAFLUSH because something that
didn't read from the console could hang UML because an ioctl would block
waiting for output to drain.
It is now possible to move backing files and update the COW files with
ubdx=cow-file,new-backing-file. Note that you must preserve the modification
time when moving a backing file with something like 'cp -p' or 'tar p'.
Implemented thread_saved_pc so that 'sysrq t' will work.
Fixed the idle_thread1 typo in smp.c.
The timer now ticks at __initcall time.
Panics now exit all the time, and do 'sysrq p' before they do.
