This patch contains more random, smallish, fixes.
There are two new config options, CONFIG_NEST_LEVEL and CONFIG_KERNEL_HALF_GIGS.
CONFIG_NEST_LEVEL replaces the NESTING variable on the make command line and
has the same meaning. CONFIG_KERNEL_HALF_GIGS is the number of .5G units
that UML allocates for itself at the top of the address space. This allows
UML to have larger physical memory sizes.
Fixed a hang caused by detaching from a host device after the UML process
attached to it had been killed.
Fixed some crashes caused by exitcalls cleaning things that had never
Got rid of some ubd ioctls which are handled by blk_ioctl.
It is no longer possible to cd into a binary in a hostfs filesystem.
Shelling out of the UML gdb now mostly works.
Exported region_pa and phys_mem_map so jdb ought to be happy again.
high_memory is now defined which should make the scsi layer happier.

I am now finding that UML isn't exiting properly with this version for
some panics. In particular, being unable to mount the root filesystem,
and if init exits (eg init=/bin/ls).
