I am running SuSE Linux Enterprise Server 9 (Release 2.6.5-7.97-smp) on a dual Intel Xeon 2.8GHz server.  I have attempted to create several UML instances using the “UML Installation” option from the YaST Control Center.  The installation appears to complete successfully, but when I attempt to start an instance using the command “/etc/init.d/uml start uml2”, for example, I never see any uml processes (linux or uml_switch) running.


If I run the /usr/lib/YaST2/bin/start-uml script manually, the following output results:

I am fairly new to Linux and very new to UML, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
