How can I reduce guest's cpu consumption ?

Really _reducing_ is not possible. But (besides resceduling/prioritizing) you can reduce _CPU load_. It IS important that you give UMLs a realistic amount of RAM, such that they need not use disk swapping excessively. This could slow down the entire system drastically, even if the host OS has plenty of RAM free.

Figure out for each UML what would be a good RAM amount. This saves a lot of disk I/O and responsiveness of all your systems.
