Hello Folks, For those of you running bisulfite sequencing analysis using the BisSeqAggregatePlotter to generate class average plots of methylation over defined regions, please re run your analysis using USeq_8.3.8. https://sourceforge.net/projects/useq/ There was an unfortunate bug that was preventing the merging of data across chromosomes so the results being generated were only from merging regions found on one of the chromosomes (iterating over a hash of chromosome names). Your reanalysis should look similar but a lot smoother since it will include all the regions. Many apologies for the error. Thanks to Magda for raising a red flag about a potential problem. -David -- David Austin Nix, PhD Huntsman Cancer Institute Dept.
