[Useq-users] suggestion

    Hi David, I noticed that when I give a non-existing directory 
containing input data (typed the wrong name), USeq does not complain, 
and rather, goes on without computing FDR.
    I would like to suggest that USeq halts with an error in this case, 
or at least issues a warning.
