The 2nd pre-alpha version is now online. This should fix a pretty important bug (server connections entering an infinite loop when segment isnt available), everything seemed to test out like it should, i hope its really fixed.

The first release is available, please read the readme file carefully to make the program work.
Pay attention that this program is still in a pre-alpha phase, it has functionality, but dont trust on it yet ;)
