[UseBB-Announce] UseBB 1.0 RC3 released

The UseBB Team is happy to announce version 1.0 RC3 of the light and
Open Source PHP/MySQL bulletin board package "UseBB".

Version 1.0 RC3 is the third release candidate of the completed version
1.0. Changes include but are not limited to:
- a few bug fixes throughout the board;
- possibility to easily disable the XHTML content-type.

Upgrading is, as always, recommended. Visit
http://www.usebb.net/downloads/ for downloads. Information about
upgrading is available in the docs/index.html document.

We would like people to test this version as much as possible, and to
report bugs to the community forums.
