If you're trying to correlate the protocol with actions
you're doing on the device, it's helpful if the actions
can be recorded in the log itself.

Like you could have a text box somewhere where you just
typed a string and it would insert it into the log.
Then you could type: opening app, and the open it. The
type "opening options" and then do it. Then in your log
you can see which actions led to which messages.

Is this making sense?
