Hi Everyone,

I think usbpicprog is ready for a 0.4.0 release.
I have released two beta versions, and apart from a timeout bug in
Windows while reconnecting the bootloader (on which I have made a dirty
workaround) I didn't get many complaints.
What do you think?

I didn't manage yet to setup a virtual machine with WinVista to test
upp there... do you know perhaps if 0.4.0 has been tested on that OS
already?

Except for that, I think it should be fine to release 0.4.0...

Yes, Vista was tested by a friend of mine, (32 bit as well as 64 bit)
and it works fine.

I have already released the Ubuntu build and source build.
I will build Windows and Os X tomorrow.
