[Usbpicprog-technical] ground plane in the through-hole PCB

Hi,
     I've almost completed a through-hole version of the UPP; I used the PCB in 
the pcb folder of the SVN repo; however I've just noticed that the portion of 
ground plane below the PIC18F2550 (the portion which e.g. connects pins 8 and 
19) has no direct contact with the outer portion of ground plane (the one which 
connects e.g. C7).

Is this wanted? Or is a jumper required to connect the two portions of the 
ground plane?

Hi,

If you look at the top layer of the circuit, you can see that there is a
jumper!
