Hi Anthony, 16F84A is available in both 4 MHz and 20 MHz versions (not 10 MHz). Just in case you were looking for a 10MHz version which to my knowledge does not exist. Also, the 20 MHz version can be found on ebay (look for "PIC16F84A-20"). While not cheap, it's affordable for a single unit (less than 7€ including P&P). Cheers!
