Hi Frans, I have only a multimeter, the voltages on the VDD and VPP pins are about 4,4V and about 12,3V during the programming process. I found the VDD voltage low, so I drove the target PIC's VDD pin with a 5V supply. On this way the VPP voltage remained about 12,3V.
