[Usbpicprog-technical] PIC18F46J50 tested successfully

I'm reporting that I tested the PIC18F46J50 successfully. I've been able 
to program and read code and ID with a 3.3v regulator on VDD, using 
usbpicprog 0.4.2 64-bit on Fedora Linux, and firmware-0.4.2. I haven't 
tried the erase function.
