Ok, that is funny, I have tested the current build on Win7 32bit and I didn't get the messages. I will try it again though, and see what kind of error messages I get. I think tomorrow eve I can will find some time to test it. I am affraid that it must be a flag somewhere on which wxWidgets switches into debug mode.
