Dear Fatih, Did you use the Windows installer from usbpicprog, or did you build it yourself? It seems that your wxWidgets is somehow running in debug mode. I don't know how the icons got lost, but could you try running usbpicprog on a clean machine (without wxWidgets installed)? Is it possible that you have some environment variable set which has something to do with debug?
