[Usbpicprog-technical] 18f45k22

I was thinking of attempting to modify usbpicprog to program the 
18f45k22. The programming spec is similar, with minor differences, to 
the PIC18F2XXX/4XXX family:

And I see many parts from that first family are on the tested list.

Should something like this process work?:

I guess I will have to create a new family.
