Dear aa zz, First of all, please try to be more specific in your questions; all your questions are very short, cryptical and I always need to guess what exactly do you mean! With settings, I guess you mean the configuration word of the PIC18F2550 controller in usbpicprog? They are given in the .hex file. Or do you mean the settings of WinPic800? That depends on the programmer you are using, but mostly, if it detects the PIC18F2550, it is alright. (you just need to verify, and make sure it programs at least program memory and configuration words).
