Hi

Here are the details ..

1. create UsbPicProg circuit based on schematic shown in the website, ( 
usbpicprog-hardware-0.3.1.pdf )
2. download the bootloader ( boot1.0.hex, from firmware-0.4.0 folder ) on the 
chip using another programmer; using WinPic800
3. install the chip on UsbPicProg programmer, created in step 1
4. plug the programmer to laptop ( running Win XP ), and i get "USB Device Not 
Recognized"

Have you tried the jumpers?
Did you solder everything correctly?
