Dear Vytautas Mackonis, Your first question is completely normal behaviour, as the bits that change in your configuration word (bit 9 to 11) are unimplemented on the 12F675 and should read as zero (refer to the 12F675 datasheet on page 54, those bits are marked as "U-0" The second question should of course not occur, but I would like to have some more information about it, but I don't think it can be the VPP voltage as this is not dependent on the operating system. Could you tell me which version of the software and firmware you are running? The firmware as well as the software should be upgraded to 0.4.0.
