Unfortunately I had no much time to fiddle with real PICs on
breadboards recently... I'll try to test my latest PICs (18f2550,
18f4553) in the weekend.
Anyway I think it's fine to make at least a beta of 0.3.1.

However I wonder if it wouldn't be better to call the new release
0.4.0 since the major upgrade from libusb-0.1 to libusb-1.0...
