[Usbpicprog-technical] Time for a beta release 0.3.1?

I think the latest version of usbpicprog 876 seems to be running quite
stable on all systems (win 32 / 64, osx universal and ubuntu)
What do you think, is it time for a beta release of version 0.3.1?
