[Usbpicprog-technical] Usbpicprog translation update

Dear usbpicprog translators,

In the last months we have made a lot of progress with usbpicprog, and it
will soon be time to release the new version of the firmware, the software
and the new PCB.
Although I know that the software still has some issues (especially the
dsPIC devices which are still not working) I think the software is at least
more stable than the current (0.2.0) release.

Could you have a look at your language file to see if there are still some
strings that need to be updated?
