Unfortunately I'll be busy until 8 April :/

I just managed to write some code for drawing the MQFP, TQFP, PLCC packages but

Very good. I've compiled and tested the code which on a first glance looks fine!

I'm still having some trouble during program phase with my P16f84A (using 
firmware revision 547)... I'll look into it as soon as I have some more time.

I think it's fine because if program/erase/read operations work fine again, 
others (like package drawing) are non-critical features and even if they're not 
perfect yet, it's good for trunk :)
