[Usbpicprog-technical] Piklab XML files

Dear Nicolas,

It's been a long time since I contacted you about usbpicprog. Usbpicprog has
now become a mature project with its own hardware and software.
As the number of supported device models is growing, we must think of
another way to implement the properties of the devices.
Another developer of usbpicprog, Francesco Montorsi, has now made a branch
in which it is possible to load the xml files provided by Piklab.
What do you think if we use the piklab xml files? Whenever we make changes
to them in terms of fixes or additions, we can of course send you de diffs.
