[Usbpicprog-technical] usbpicprog control other pic

Would it be possible to modify usbpicprog to support USB communication with
another pic that lacks USB support - in this case a pic12f629. Right now the
12f629 is controlled by the VPP line (connected to the TxD on the serial
port).
